P4 have been enjoying literacy week ! On Monday we did a handwriting competition and today we wrote book reviews. These will be displayed in the assembly hall so our senior leadership can pick winners.
Our lovely teaching student, Miss Maxwell has been giving wonderful practical numeracy lessons this week to prepare P4 for learning division. P4 had great fun with team races, sharing cubes into groups and putting their hands on their heads once they were finished.
Miss Maxwell has also been teaching P4 about Famous artists, we've learned about Andy Warhol (Pop art) and Kandinsky and enjoyed creating artworks in their different styles.
