Each week, Year 4 take part in practical numeracy sessions designed to help us apply our learning to real-world situations. A recent focus was 2D shapes, so we headed outside for an exciting shape hunt around the school. The children explored, investigated and worked together to identify shapes in the environment, building confidence with both familiar and new shapes.
